• Customer data is not shared with third parties for their independent promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent information is not shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing described elsewhere excludes mobile opt-in data.

Sensitive documents

Do not send Social Security numbers, bank statements, tax returns, identification, or complete financial applications through ordinary email. When Management requests documents, use our secure document-upload page. Uploaded files are stored privately and used to evaluate or process the requested business-purpose financing opportunity.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security. Information may be retained as needed for financing review, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and lawful business records.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct contact information or stop non-transactional communications. Legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, and transaction records may be retained as required or permitted.
