FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Clear answers before you move forward.

Commercial financing is fact-specific. These answers explain the general process; final requirements come from the selected capital provider.

Is Greathouse Growth Capital a direct lender?

No. Greathouse provides commercial finance brokerage and referral assistance, helping qualified borrowers evaluate and pursue financing through suitable lenders and capital providers.

What types of financing do you help arrange?

Potential solutions include term loans, business lines of credit, cash-flow financing, subordinated debt, equipment financing, DSCR rental loans, commercial real estate, bridge, and working-capital programs.

How much financing is available?

Our sweet spot is $250,000 to $15 million. Select partners can consider qualified opportunities up to $100 million with additional underwriting. No amount is guaranteed.

How quickly can funding occur?

Many qualified requests in our $250,000 to $15 million core range can move toward funding in 24–72 hours. Timing depends on the borrower, transaction, documents, underwriting, and capital provider. Larger partner-led opportunities up to $100 million generally take longer.

What documents are commonly requested?

Lenders may request an application, recent bank statements, business tax returns, year-to-date financials, balance sheet, receivables and payables aging, debt schedule, property information, and identification.

How quickly can a transaction close?

Timing depends on the financing type, completeness of the documents, collateral, third-party reports, and underwriting. Smaller working-capital requests may move faster than real estate or complex capital-stack transactions.

Will applying affect my credit?

Credit review requirements vary. Before authorizing any credit inquiry, review the application and disclosure provided for the specific program.

Do you serve startups?

Many commercial programs require operating history and established revenue. We will review the facts, but availability for startups and pre-revenue businesses is limited.

How should sensitive documents be sent?

Never send Social Security numbers, bank statements, tax returns, identification, or full financial applications through ordinary email. Contact our team for current secure document instructions.
